Hallam Garden Design was commissioned to design the one acre back garden of Ossington House, a large 18th Century rectory, as part of an ongoing restoration of the surrounding estate grounds.

The client was interested in curving landforms and new perennial plants but also wanted to keep a traditional feel to the garden and to incorporate the existing outdoor swimming pool.

The design has a light touch on the landscape, with lots of organic curves and large planted borders. The planting of this garden is recent and ongoing.
