Reflective water, with a loggia to sit under and view the pool during summer rain, are looked down upon from the main living areas on the first floor.
The loggia also creates a focal point to distract from a large house next door.

The lower old ‘board room’ was converted to a garden room and access to the house improved. This has proved very successful with parties and open garden events.
